We're so sorry you're having so much trouble with this! This does occasionally happen with people's first credits. Once you have a few credits, IMDB seem to relax a bit more! It's pretty widely known that the codename was Pilgrim so that really should not be a problem.
Do you have a copy of the unit list with your name on? If so, we suggest trying the following:
1. Submit again with both payslip and unit list and anything else that you have that would support it. EG, a copy of your start form / contract.
2. Use the standard title of 'Art Department Assistant' rather than Senior Art Department Assistant.
3. Try adding the credit to just one episode rather than the whole series: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt20258964/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_cl_sm
4. If you know anyone who already has a significant IMDB profile then you could ask them to add your credit for you. They will just need to 'Edit page'.
We recommend trying several of the above, and trying again if you don't get it accepted the first time. There are many moderators and some seem to be stricter than others.
